[Quality guarantee]
SAGAWA TIMEPIECE warrants free repair of any quality or manufacturing defects found during the purchase of the product for one year from the date of purchase. Damage to the product due to customer carelessness may result in a certain labor/parts cost.
SAGAWA TIMEPIECE will use formal parts to replace or repair the product, and if the product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with a model similar to or identical to the SAGAWA TIMEPIECE watch you purchased within a reasonable period of time.
The warranty of SAGAWA TIMEPIECE does not include normal wear and tear on the product, damage caused by flooding, battery life, crystal glasses, watch cases, straps, damage caused by service provided by unapproved service centers, loss or theft. When you receive warranty repairs, you must submit a warranty along with it.
[Delivery by service]
In the case of product defects, the seller shall bear the shipping cost within three months of purchase, and the buyer shall bear the shipping cost thereafter.
[Quality assurance]
Your SAGAWA TIMEPIECE is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from material or manufacture defects of quality at the time of delivery for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
For the Defects of misuse by customers, we charge you reasonable repair fee.
During the One-year warranty period and upon period of purchase, the Product will be repaired using Sagawa replacement or reconditioned Parts.
If the Product is unable to be repaired, your watch will be replaced with the same or similar replacement or reconditioned model within reasonable time period.
The SAGAWA TIMEPIECE warranty does not cover the followings : normal wear and tear, watering damage, the life of battery, crystal glass, watch case, strapbracelet, damage resulting from service provided from an unauthorized service center, and or loss/theft.

From the 3 months later after the purchase of your products, the shipping fee will not be covered by SAGAWA TIMEPIECE at any cases of returns.

You are not eligible for exchange or return in the following cases:

- If the value of the goods has depreciated significantly due to partial or heavy use
- If the value of the goods has depreciated significantly because a long period of time has elapsed, making it difficult to resell the goods
- If the packaging has been damaged for goods that can be reproduced as identical counterfeits
- If we have obtained your consent of ineligibility because irrecoverable damage to the seller is expected in the case of an order cancellation for goods that are produced individually for an order.
- If the provision of digital content has already commenced. (However, this shall not apply to the portion for which the provision of such digital content has not commenced in cases of a contract comprising divisible services or divisible digital content.)
